Charcuterie boards and beer to kick off the holiday party season

Grazing boards have been the entertaining rage for half a decade, as have the images and videos showing how terribly such efforts have failed.

Frankly, they’re not nearly as amusing if you’ve ever attempted the pepperoni rosette without success. 

 That’s where Southern Grazer comes in. Known locally for her custom grazing boards that are works of art, Heather Stickler of Southern Grazer will lead this hands-on workshop to give you the confidence to try this at home.

On Wednesday nights, the full kitchen serving some of the best sandwiches in Greenville, called The Half GVL, closes at 7 p.m.,

But you’ll still be able to snag some snacks and a craft cocktail or other house-brewed beverage. Take note to stop back in for lunch the next day or for dinner on the weekends.

Even if you’ve never enjoyed a bourbon slush or one of their famous sours, you’ll feel right at home the second you enter.
